Orders are process and dispatch for delivery/shipping within 24 hours after confirmation of payment received. Tracking information will be email once the order has been dispatch. Please, do feel free to contact us if you have not received the tracking details within 24 hours after payment.

Express: This shipping method takes 24 to 30 hours. It is for those who are in a rush to have their order. It is for orders within Europe and not out of Europe

Free: It takes a maximum of 6 days for your order(s) to be delivered with this method. Your order might be delivered before 6 days but not more than 6 days. Eligible for orders within Europe

International: This are for orders going out of Europe. It takes a maximum of 7 days and no days more

Regular: This is for customers who can’t wait up to 6 days and also can’t afford the express shipping method. It is only for orders that are to be delivered within Europe. It takes a maximum of 3 days and no days more.
